Stephen Wilcock - Advisory Board UK

Stephen Wilcock has more than twenty years senior management experience in industry. He was Personnel Director of Texas Instruments before re-joining Mars with a brief to overhaul their personnel policies and practices.

He subsequently went on to have an extremely successful career within that organisation, becoming Personnel Director, R&D Director and Manufacturing Director.

After a major lifestyle decision to opt for early retirement in 1983, Stephen has created a highly successful independent career, acting as Consultant to a wide range of businesses including RHM, Metal Box, Heinz, Courtaulds and British Airways.

He has a Masters degree from Oxford University (law) where he also won a blue for rugby. He has played for the Barbarians and was a member of the England rugby squad from 1958-61. Stephen is a Governor of Leicester Grammar School, and serves on the Council of Loughborough University.
