Ram Mylvaganam is an internationally experienced businessman and business development consultant. He has extensive operational experience throughout the world including Latin America, Asia and Europe. He has held a number of senior managerial positions with Mars, Sanofi and British Standards Institution and was Managing Partner of the management consultancy,CMS.

Ram’s credentials helping to create winners are impeccable. He is a founder shareholder and played the leading role in developing ProZone©, a world class coaching service for professional sport, recognised and used by successful teams globally. Prozone® is acknowledged by winning coaches such as Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United, Arsene Wenger of Arsenal, Jose Mourinho of Chelsea and England Rugby’s winning coach Sir Clive Woodward.

Ram is a Non Executive Director of Amlin Plc, where he chairs the Remuneration Committee and sits on the boards and Audit and Nomination committees of a number of smaller businesses.
