Geoff Eades - Director

Geoff is a professional ‘company doctor’ who has built a reputation for introducing successful teams into client businesses and revitalising existing management. He has been involved at board level for more than 25 years in a range of businesses and industry sectors and has a track record of success in improving and turning round the financial health and performance of many businesses both large and small.

A qualified accountant, he has served as Chairman, CEO, and Finance Director of both public and private companies, in the UK, Europe and North America. Widely known and respected in the turnaround sector, Geoff is a founding member of the Society of Turnaround Professionals (STP).

He is a qualified consultant in the Birkman Method® at Dobson Lyle where he now specialises in assessing management team performance and potential within and on behalf of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Industries.
