Chris Brown

Chris Brown is an interim manager and consultant with over 25 years experience in industry in blue-chip organisations (aerospace, defence, manufacturing, telecoms, transport and support services) and the public sector.

His early career was as a lawyer in industry handling a wide variety of complex, multi-party projects in UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia. This was followed with experience in business transformation, commercial leadership and people management/development.

He now spends most of his working time addressing strategy and change projects where rapid impact is key. As a qualified consultant in the Birkman Method®, his frequent focus is in leadership development, improving team and individual performance and organisational development.
