Bruce J Crowley - Advisory Board USA

Bruce Crowley is a management consultant who has worked at the highest levels in United States-based new media, consumer and industrial products companies. He was recently Vice Chairman of ACTV, Inc., a leading provider of software-based interactive television and enhanced media products, services and technology to the entertainment and education marketplaces.

Prior to joining ACTV, he was part of the senior management team that took KDI Corporation, a diversified conglomerate, private in a LBO with leading US-based merchant bank, Wasserstein, Perella LLC. Bruce brings a history of innovation in business practice, product and market development to Dobson, Lyle. His current work is in the area of merger transition; e.g., optimizing the strengths of the merged companies.

Bruce is a certified Birkman® consultant and uses the Birkman® Method as a core component in his work. Bruce was a Board member of ACTV, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cancer Treatment Research Institute as well as numerous non-profit advisory boards in the United States. He holds a BA in English from Colgate University and an MBA in finance and marketing from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
