Andrew Austin - CEO

Andrew is an expert in “Personal DNA Profiling” and is responsible for the corporate and sports practices.

His early career was spent in the police force before becoming an officer in both the RAF (as a helicopter pilot) and in the Army (Royal Artillery serving on operational tours in Northern Ireland and Belize). His corporate career was equally dynamic holding senior director positions within Blue Chip organizations such as Mars, Courtaulds and Asda.

Latterly he was a Senior Partner with US and International Search firm Heidrick & Struggles where he was responsible for a wide range of senior appointments in many industries including manufacturing, consumer, leisure, retail and technology. He carried out searches at Chief Executive and main board level both in the UK and internationally.

He now manages his own “Life Work Balance” between Dobson Lyle, part time farming and being CEO of Interim Leaders.
Andrew is a qualified consultant in the Birkman® method.
