What is it?

An extremely accurate and effective technique for personal and team assessment & development with unimpeachable credentials

What does it do?

What’s behind it?

Pioneered by eminent U.S psychologist Dr Roger Birkman, The Birkman Method® which is featured in Dobson Lyles unique “Bridge to the Future” programme has been in use now for more than 50 years. Over this time more than 3 million people worldwide have taken the test, making the database used for generating the results one of the most powerful and comprehensive ever created. The instrument has been endowed by the American National Foundation for Science. Comprehensive technical reliability and validity studies support it and are publicly available for inspection.

Is there anything like it?

Not really. Birkman is arguably the most comprehensive assessment instrument available anywhere. Investment in training is substantial and continuous. The test reaches much deeper than others and is unique in providing motivational as well as behavioural analysis.

What's involved?

You simply complete a questionnaire that we will email you, on-line and therefore when and where it suits you. It takes about half an hour or so and the questions are either multiple-choice or in “quiz” format – i.e. agree/ disagree.

During several one on one sessions (the duration is dependent on the programme) you will then be taken through the detailed analysis by a certified Dobson Lyle consultant as part of our exclusive “Bridge to the Future” programme.
